What are the odds of me getting ******* herpes when my boyfriend has cold sores?

My boyfriend performed oral *** on me last night, and today he found he has 2 cold sores. I want to know what the odds are of me getting ******* herpes or if it’s even possible. He doesn’t have ******* herpes by the way.
The odds are slim. Cold sores and ******* herpes are two different kind of herpes.
No oral when he’s got cold sores because your pushing your luck. since he did’nt have them last night you should be allright.
Extremly low they are 2 different virus’. Play it safe and if he has an oral flare up don’t do it, this is more for him so that he doesn’t get one infected from the natural flora.
